Isuori Essential is the grade born for the kitchen. Milled from carefully selected Kyushu leaves, it is brighter and more vegetal by nature — with the vivid color intensity and bold character that holds its own through heat, butter, cream, and chocolate. Where stone-ground grades reveal their finest qualities in a bowl of warm water, Essential reveals itself in what it makes: a matcha ganache with real depth, a madeleine that stays green in the oven, a panna cotta that tastes like the field it came from.

EU Organic certified. Sourced from Kyushu. Mill-ground for culinary use.
